| Good news! Your pension will increase in 2025 |
The board took the decision in December 2024 to increase pensions on January 1, 2025. For the increase, we look at, among other things, the increase in prices from October 2023 to October 2024 according to the CBS derived price index. The increase in prices during this period was 2.58%.
Based on the indexation rules laid down in the pension regulations, this means that we can increase all pensions by 2.34% on January 1, 2025. This is a partial increase.

| Payment dates 2025 |
| In 2025, you will receive your pension benefit every month between the 22nd and 26th of the month. Check our website for specific payment dates. |

| Annual statement 2024 |
| By the end of January, your 2024 annual statement and your pension statement 2025 are ready in MyIFFPension, under My Documents. |

| On the way to the new pension scheme |
| In recent months, IFF and the unions have been busy making arrangements for IFF's new pension plan. These new agreements are laid down in a so-called transition plan. The agreements in the plan will be implemented in the future by a General Pension Fund. |
