Good news!Your pension will increase in 2025

In December 2024, the board took the decision to increase pensions on January 1, 2025. For the increase, we look at, among other things, the increase in prices from October 2023 to October 2024 according to the CBS derived price index. The increase in prices during this period was 2.58%.

Based on the indexation rules laid down in the pension regulations, this means that we can increase all pensions by 2.34% on January 1, 2025. This is a partial increase.

On the way to the new pension scheme

In recent months, IFF and the unions have been busy making arrangements for IFF's new pension plan. These new agreements are laid down in a so-called transition plan. The agreements in the plan will be implemented in the future by a General Pension Fund.
