The Senate approves
the Future Pensions Act |
On 30 May, the Senate voted in favor of the Future Pensions Act. Now that the Senate and House of Representatives have agreed, the law will enter into force on 1 July 2023.
It will still take a number of years before it is clear what the new pension scheme of Mars will look like. The employer and the social partners are currently discussing this. The transition to the new pension scheme must be completed on 1 January 2028.
We will inform you as soon as it is clear what impact the changes will have on your pension. |
